jbuzz Terms and Conditions

jbuzz is an online betting and casino platform operating in the Bangladesh market. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between each member who uses the platform ("User") and jbuzz ("Company").

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.2 Account Verification

jbuzz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. At the time of withdrawal or upon request by the Company, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-approved identity document. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until this verification process is completed.

Users must meet the following eligibility criteria to participate on the jbuzz platform:

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• Location: Must be a resident of a region where the Company's services are accepted.
• Legal Capacity: Must be eligible to enter into a legal agreement.
• Mental Fitness: Must participate of their own free will and in a sound mental state.

The Company reserves the right to verify age at any time. If it is proven that an account holder is a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

The following rules must be followed for all financial transactions on the jbuzz platform.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which applies equally to every payment method.
• Always use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

jbuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. All such offers are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• To withdraw this bonus, a wager of 20 times (20x) the total bonus amount must be placed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds will be held in a separate balance from real money. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per household, IP address, or device.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members can enjoy weekly cashback benefits through the VIP program. Cashback is provided at four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week; and Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity on the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8.1 Company Rights

jbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• If information related to age or identity is proven to be false.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid funds remaining in your balance before the account is closed; however, bonus funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules if wagering requirements have not been met.
